I’m a Scientist – you’ve decided to let CATHERINE go

We’ve counted, checked and rechecked the votes since yesterday and now it’s game over for… CATHERINE This leaves just Leila and Adam to fight it out for the £500 prize tomorrow. What would they both do with the money, you ask? Leila says “I would use it to bring cool palaeontology other sciences right to your fingertips and to your classroom” and Adam says “I want to turn YOU in to space scientists. The money would help me build a pack to use in schools so you guys can design your own space missions”. The competition is hotting up and the scientists are pulling out all the stops to secure your all important final vote. Only you decide who gets the £500 prize. Not your teacher, not the other scientists. I’m a Scientist – 1st out is Karen

It’s been a fantastic event so far and the scientists have worked hard, answering thousands of questions between them. But on Friday there can only be one winner in each zone, so some of them have to go. We are sorry to have to do this to you, but the first scientist to be evicted is… KAREN Thanks so much for all you’ve done. We hope you’ve enjoyed taking part. There will be evictions every day for the rest of the week, with the winner announced on Friday. Keep voting students! Some of the great questions we’ve had so far include: what is the most dangerous preditor to the human being? Where does time go? Humans brush their teeth to keep them clean, but how do animals keep theirs clean? What is the connection between a fixed orthodontic brace and a space shuttle and why? My orthodontist asked me this … Continue reading
