When you get bad breath it’s because there are bacteria that live in your mouth and eat all the little bits of food that get stuck between your teeth. Staying up all night wouldn’t make much difference. the best way to avoid bad breath in the morning is to brush your teeth really well and try not to eat too much sugary food, because the bacteria really love it!

I think it would probably be even worse! Maybe if you stayed up all night but brushed your teeth about 4 times you might be alright.

Probably not, as long as you are doing normal things in the night like talking and eating and stuff. Morning breath is caused by anaerobic bacteria making sulphur in your mouth when you aren’t using it much and the air becomes stale and has less oxygen. It doesn’t matter if you are asleep or awake, if your mouth is not being used it will get smelly! Have you ever noticed how people’s breath smells really bad on aeroplanes?!
