      An umbrella!

      I prefer hoods though. They tend to blow away less.

      I ‘m sure I remembed singing “the Sun goes up and the rain comes down” as part of an action song as a child. Sure seems to work that way usually in the UK. 😉

      When rain falls, that means more water on the surface. At some point, some more water evaporates and that turns into clouds which can eventually condense, which then falls as rain.

      So more rain goes up…the serious answer 😐
