      According to the internet, it’s pretty much neutral.

      Semen is designed to help sperm cells survive so that they can successfully reach and fertilise an egg cell. Semen has a slightly alkaline pH which helps to protect the sperm when it enters the acidic environment in the female reproductive tract.

      As the others said, its normally just a bit alkaline. If your semen is too acidic, it could mean that one of the glands that produce the liquid that the sperm swimin, is blocked. If it is too alkaline, it might mean that you have an infection. It’s always best to be sure!
