      I like cheese which has a really strong flavour personally – so really mature cheddar, stilton and other blue cheeses are my favourites.

      Mature cheddar, with worcestershire sauce, tabasco on some nice toast. YUM.

      I do like wensleydale as well though, my parents live very close to where it’s made.

      Mostly English ones; stilton, strong cheddar, but I also like brie. Generally if a cheese smells a lot, I’ll probably like it. šŸ™‚

      I like stilton because the blue bits are made from bacteria, and I work with bacteria so it feels like Iā€™m doing research whenever I eat cheese.
